Salvation isn’t about knowledge and neither is being a Christian, but as a Christian you do prosper in all things and walk in health as your soul prospers. Knowledge is part of your soul prospering. Indeed 2 Corinthians 2:14 call the knowledge of God His fragrance.
Every Christian can find God’s plan for their life and partner with God to go about achieving it. But everyone must start where they are at today. I urge you to read the next several blog posts in order and take action. You will walk on a path growing in the Lord and being established in His Word. You will know purpose and you will hear His voice. You will prove to yourself that Christianity isn’t a stale religion, but a vibrant partnership with God that is going somewhere.
There will be three groups of posts coming each with a particular focus.
- Getting off to a winning start
- The Purpose of Salvation
- A Key to Understanding the New Testament (Spirit, Soul and Body)
- The Promise of the Father

Each post will bring value and will leave room for you to develop your own knowledge in that area. I will give you an action step or steps that will help you do the word and receive the benefit. If you only increase in knowledge, you get no benefit, the knowledge is the bucket that pulls the living water from the well. The bucket doesn’t save until it is used.
I am no one special, you will probably pass me bye if you apply yourself. That is my hope, that you would prosper in all things and be in health. That you would dream with God and change the world. I’m excited for you, as a Christian your potential is unlimited in Christ.
